Missing Interface and Serial Number

I have a 220 with 8 interfaces. For some reason the serial number is missing on the dashboard. What really bothers me is the fact that eth3 isn't in my list of available interfaces!

I have never assigned anything to eth3 and on the dashboard it shows eth3 is unused. How do I "reset" my astaro so that it lets me use the interface again.... and how do i do this without doing a full reset of my device? [:)]

Hi,

I had the support guys add the serial number. It is just missing in the file /etc/asg.

Regarding the missing interface: It is in use (prepared for the HA solution). You have too remove it there.
