220 not available after updating to 7.010

hi,

my ASTARO 220 FW is not available after updating to 7.010! could anybody help? 

what I've done. push the button to install the new version. my FW gone off line and the slave FW doesn't replace it [:S] ! for minutes a message was displayed. something like node id 3?! after 10 minutes the FW seems to be fine, but I couldn't access either via web or ssh. I rebooted the machine: no effect. then the slave, too: no effect. both are ready and on line if i trust the display, but I can't login. anybody an idea?

    after restoring a backup with the serial port it seems better. i hope we find the problem, because upgrading verions is getting like a horror last time!

    Mhm seems your config got corrupted somewhere
    and was set to default again...

    Can you mail me your high-availability.log and confd.log of the specific date
    to uweber@astaro.com? Thanks!

    I have to do an update with an Astaro V6 to V7 High availabitlity is configured. Was the problem solved?

    I had exactly the same issue yesterday.  I updated the firmware on one of my 220's and it worked a treat.  Also update my 120 and worked fine.  When I updated my second 220, it just wented dead.  I could ping it fine (internal address and external address so was sure it hadnt reverted back to factory settings), but couldnt log into or anything, VPN client wouldnt work.  Restarted the box and for a few minutes i just got a message on screen say "trying zeroconf on eth3".  then it disappeared but still astaro box would not respond.  I did a factory reset on the box, installed 7.011 and then restored from backup and then it worked.  This is very time consuming and upgrading should not have to be like this.

    i had a lot of problems after this update. no everything is fine.

    what i have done is, restore via cc over the serial port my backup. then i had problems to set up the HA and i solved it selecting the automatic configuration. because the automatic configuration choose active-passive i removed the HA again. after that i've select the active-active and typed as node ID the number 10 (last node ID available and automatic the master) the HA was created without errors. i don't know what the solution was, but now the HA is working.
