ASG 220 Upgrade Problem

About a month ago i updated an ASG220 booting astaro7 from an usb cdrom...

the first try was unsuccesful cause of cdrom hardware issue, i changed it and restarted the procedure that went well.... i thought so...

but now in the main dashboard view it shows...

Model: ASG220
Serial: MISSING

and if try to update it (now it's still 7.006) it complains about the missing serial, how can i fix this?

    You probably used the wrong ISO... contact your reseller for the "SAI" image ... you must use that one, and not the one on the public FTP download site.  Backup your config, and reload with it.

    thanx for the reply, i used the "sai" image downloaded from my astaro page, is there any way to fix manually the serial?

    Since you have an appliance -- contact Support and start a case.  If you used an SAI image, that should be working fine; it has on the several I've upgraded.
