Can't connect to Web Admin

over the weekend we had a lightning strike that took our our T1 router. Today that router was replaced. After the replacement we have been unable to view or ping web pages or log onto the firewall via https://10.0.0.166:4444. I was able to log onto the firewall this morning before the router replacement.

I know the firewall is working b/c I can access our email server (inside the network) from the outside. However, I just can't connect to the firewall.

Can anyone provide directions on how to connect via shell access or hyper term so I can restore to a recent backup or get the web interface working again?
