Please I need help with initial setup

Is there anyone that can help me with the initial setup of the Astaro V7? I am not an expert with firewalls and need a little help to get started. If anyone has a little time to spare to walk me through the steps I am having a problem with, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hey, post your questions here (in the appropriate forums, of course)... the folks here are pretty helpful.

Did you try reading the manual --- it's pretty good (always room for improvement, of course). The online help is pretty fair, and the initial setup wizard will normally get most basic network setups working with little trouble.

i just noticed the KB link does not work on Macs using firefox or safari, it does work on windows firefox

If you allow 3rd party cookies the site should work using Firefox.

Excuse me? WHY does it need 3rd party cookies? That is the dumbiest thing I have heard of a site requiring. Sure 1st party I understand but not 3rd party.

If it is because of the domains astaro has configured, then maybe they should fix their site.
