302 dead after upgrade to 7 :(

backed up, wrote down, got ready to go...

Update downloaded 100%, went to dinner, came back an hour and a half later and noticed it was saying, "v7.005" on the screen, running for 50 minutes, could surf but couldn't log on anymore [:(]

Did a factory default. Now I really can't logon anymore.

Did find the new exciting addy though, 192.168.0.1:4444 (place idiotic sheepish look here)

Uhm, any other way to kickstart the little guy? It seemed to be running fine before I did the factory default, I just boneheadedly didn't realize the addy changed.

    I also barely have access to the internet and no access to my usual logon account as the password has changed.

    I just need to logon to the guy. He seems fine, but I obviously borked up the last step there.

    Was able to login via tty and find out the factory IP addy is 192.168.2.100?? Thanks for showing it right away though, lifesaver!

    Serial tty logon for me was 38400-n-8-1

    Looks like his brain is fine he just got a little confused there. [:O]

    Just to complete this thread:

    After finally being able to logon I tried doing the "upgrade from V6 backup" thing and it just didn't work. I rebuilt everything pretty much from scratch and my notes from when I installed it the first time around.

    In the end it was obviously my fault for the bork up on this. However, I was able to search through the KB and the forum here and get enough information to get everything put back together in a few hours! Woo Hoo! ...and a pretty new user interface greets all of us new V7 users!
