When to update SSLVPN client?

Regarding up2dates that affect SSLVPN operation... should users always re-download and install the SSLVPN client after such an up2date (for example, going from 7.007 to 7.009), or will the up2date instructions clearly state WHEN the client has been changed and needs to be updated? Or does it somehow magically update automatically?

As far as I know, the VPN client doesn't need to be updated, when you make an uptate on ASG7.

Ok, are you referring to the latest updates specifically, or "any" updates? The 7.008/7.009 SSLVPN client does indeed seem to be identical to at least 7.007, but I can't imagine that there will never be a time when the client side of the VPN changes, and I'm just wondering how/when those updates happen.
