I was running the software ASG 30 day trial on an old PIII and today we got our 220 in. I backed up to unencrypted file from the existing system and tried to restore it to the 220, but it doesn't work... after I choose the file and click "upload" the upload window closes but the backup never shows up in the list of available backups. There are no error messages, nothing at all.
SHOULD this work? Surely I'm not supposed to recreate my entire config just because I got the "real" appliance? If it IS supposed to work, any idea why mine does not? The backup is from a 7.007 config, and the new 220 only has 7.003 on it so far... is that the problem? Do the firmware need to match or something?
