Secure Email/Web and Up2date patterns

Hi,

we are using ASG V6 with a valid license for Secure Web and Secure Email but with an expired Silver Support.

I'm a bit confused about the via Up2date recieved virus/spam patterns. Which we didin't get anymore:

011 Pattern Up2Date for Authentium Virus Protection Pattern failed: Invalid License

Are they used for the Secure Web/Email proxy services (only)?

    Support and Maintenance (it's one license) is required to receive ANY pattern updates or system updates.  Since the maintenance expired, the Astaro will quit retrieving them.

    You will not be able to install any pattern updates (such as IPS, Antivirus, or Anti-Spam engine patterns), and will not be able to install any system up2dates.  The unit will keep running, but it's effectiveness will be greatly diminished.
