Will Intel DG965WH work with ASG v7?

Do you think this Intel DG965WH motherboard will work with ASG v7?  Am thinking of putting a P4 640 on it, with 2Gb RAM.  Will v7 recognize a PCI-e NIC (Pro/1000) or should I go with the PCI version?  Lastly, will it work with a SATA hard disk?  I have studied the v7 HCL and chose this based on what's available in the marketplace today.

I could buy a ASG 120 for this SMB, but having read the forum messages regarding the need for 1Gb (for v7) and not being able to upgrade the RAM on a 120, I want this to be functional from the start [5Mb/768k internet connection].  I'd like to give them the flexibility to add additional NIC's and partition their network traffic in the future.

    I think the board will work, Intel chip set 965 incl. ICH8 SB chip. Former the HCL list this has to work with the SATA disk.....
    The PCI-E is a known problem(PT,Intel) take a PCI version, the board got 3 slots! You could choose a dual/quad port device if necessary.

    That board looks a lot like an Intel DG965OT board I recently tried... it would not work, tried disabling APIC, tried Classic mode, tried disabling the 2nd core, etc.  I tried an MSI G965M board and it worked fine... same chipset, go figure.  The onboard NIC on the intel board was detected OK, but I think there was some sort of issue with the BIOS or SATA controller portion on that intel board (works fine with Suse 10.2 or Windows XP, it's my workstation now) ... whilst the Realtek onboard NIC on the MSI board was not detectable by ASG V7... so, needing 3 NICs, I installed 2 PCI Intel 10/100 NICs in it, and a PCI-Express 10/100/1000 Intel NIC in it... it all works just fine.  So PCI-Express NIC can work fine, so long as it's on the HCL.
