Can no longer access website

Hi all,
I am running ASG V7 (precisely 7.06) and can no longer access Websites via browser behind ASG.  I am able to successfully ping the hostnames configured in my packet filter but am unable to browse.  I am also unable to download my email (POP3) via my client behind ASG.

Lastly, I can no longer log into Webadmin nor as root on the console ad the passwords were known.  I have seen many posts on password reset but I'm afraid I'm still a novice at some of the CLI references suggested.

Any help is appreciated.

    The questions in my mind are what changes were made on your Astaro before this happened and are you the only one with access to WebAdmin in your environment?
     
    Very odd that all these things stop working at once also locking you out the Astaro administration vectors.  Have you tried SSH, if enabled?

    Update: Reboot corrected my login issue to webadmin, however, I am still unable to login as root on the console so I would like to fix that.  I believe that the password issue and web access are unrelated.  I did not make any changes to Astaro except that I swapped out my DSL modem for a newer one. (The modem is now configured for PPoE and connected directly to my PC so I can be online to this forum).

    I had the modem configured for Bridged ethernet and was able to confirm network connectivity from the FW.

    Glad you got WebAdmin back.  From there you can go to Management>System Settings>Shell Access Tab and redo your passwords.
