Astaro Not booting correctly

Facts:
ASG version 7 latest one with all updates
Internal ASG  interface 10.10.10.1
External ASG interface = 192.168.25.100
Internal dns sever = 10.10.10.2

I lost power to my server a few time in a roll within an hour, The ASG is able to boot and I am able to log into the local console via root, I am unable to log into the web interface because the page can’t be found. Nor can I ping the internal/external  gateway 10.10.10.1/192.168.25.100. If I log in to the local console via root and do an ifconfig I see my 2 interfaces up and configured correctly,
I am also able to ping my internal dns server  10.10.10.2 from the ASG console.
I’m not to forumlar with troubleshooting astaro via the ASG console command line.
Does anyone have any tips for me to try to get the server up and running again I prefer not to reinstall because I don’t have an offline backup of my configuration file.

    For future reference, take a current backup, either via email or via the webadmin page, immediately after configuring or reconfiguring your Astaro box.

    To build on what VelvetFrog suggests above, Go to Management>Backup/Restore>Automatic Backups and set those.  The interval is entirely up to you, but can save a lot of problems when you find yourself in a situation like your in now.

    Thanks for the feedback guys, I was doing weekly backups on the system, but never got the email to work so my backups were never getting emailed to me. I kept puting of trying to figure out why, I suspect my isp is blocking port 25.  I'll wait anoter day or so to see if anyone has any ideas on a fix otherwise ill just reinstall and manualy backup the config and download it.

    V7 Astaro is more tetchy than V6 to get it to send Administrative emails.  

    Tried lots of different things, but in the end I had to give in, and setup an internal email server (Pegasus - free - setup to proxy email via the ISP's smtp proxy) and make sure the external domain name of the firewall was real.  

    Not a problem for bigger installations with their own email server, etc. But a pain for small sites where clients use an external email service and have no need for valid DNS for their firewall.  Anyone know how to get V7 to send administrative emails without an internal email server??

    I actually found an off line backup  that was only 2 weeks old and was able to reinstall and load the back. worked grate.
