ADSL problem

I have an ASG110 running 7.0.0.5 with a Vigor100 DSL ethernet modem attached, but it never connects!

I have set the ASG as follows:
Interface BT_External
DSL: PPOA/PPTP
ETH2: 192.168.1.2
Modem IP (Vigor100): 192.168.1.1
ping address (BT DNS): 194.72.6.52
subnet: /24
user:***
pass:***

The Vigor is set to
VC Mux
PPOA
G.MDT
ip: 192.168.1.1

here is the ppoa log

  • Put your DSL modem in Bridged mode;
    Then use PPOE to connect... (unless your ISP forces you to use something else).
