Upgrade to V7 Importing V6 backup failed

Hi,

i'm trying to upgrade from a V6 6,3005 to a V7 7.005.
V7 is installed and a backupfile from V6 is made.
Now i'm using under backup-restore the V6 backup import tab and click the yellow folder to search my backup file, after this i clicked the start upload button, now is the filename in the box and i the right start upload button.
The error message is importing V6 backup failed.

Does anyone has an idea whats wrong here.

made by mistake, i backed up a encryted file, SORRY

    I have same problem. I have a 6.3.03 backup and trying to import into my ASG110 running 7.0.0.5 which according to the 7.005 release doc is is what is needed to do the export/import. I get an error "import failed" which is really unhelpful.

    I had the same problem - turns out the backup from 6.x was encrypted.
    Try making a new backup without encryption:-)
