Running Version 6.305. Have two identical (MPC Netframe 1U) computers. One is our running firewall, the other I am trying to configure as a backup in case the main one fails. Install went OK.
In the "network, interfaces" it shows that etho is defined as our internal network and has an IP of 10.10.10.10. (as per the setting I chose on installation) If I logon to the console and enter "ifconfig" it shows that eth0 is not setup and eth1 is at IP 10.10.10.10. How can this be? I have to have the cable plugged into the port that I think is eth1 to access it from the network (the port labeled "lan2" rather then the one labeled "lan 1").
