Websecurity: HTTP Proxy hangs in 7.004

After I installed 7.004 the HTTP proxy hangs after one or two weeks (I didn't log it properly yet) but after I restart the HTTP proxy everything works fine again, but ............. I still have to do a manual restart.

Anyone else this problem? A solution available? An upgrade to 7.005 required?

    Yes, the blocking httpproxy is a known issue, we are working on a fix right now, which will probably included in 7.006.

    We are having a similar issue where our proxy connection doesn't die but goes to a crawl.  I am able to clear the issue by just disabling and re-enable the service, then clear the cache.

    7.006???? No way. We need a fix for this now. The HTTP proxy is useless.

    Same over here.

    Version 7.004. HTTP Proxy is enabled but nobody that uses it can connect to sites. The Brwoser is waiting for the site to answer and nothing happens. Disableing and reenabling the HTTP Proxy service helps.

    We had this same issue on two firewalls w/ 7.004.  Had to reinstall as an HTTP proxy that dies every so often (hourly on our busier machine) is unusable.  

    If the fix is not available till 7.006, what does that mean in time.. days, weeks?
