Need Help with Configuration

I have an ASG120 running 7.004. I have configured VPN & SSL and I can ping the device from an external network...but I can't get the users' portal to come up from an external network.
Any ideas? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Have you configured the user portal permissions to except connections from VPN and SSL?

Have you enabled the end user portal? Go to Management/End User Portal, and make sure it is enabled.
