VMWare ESX 2: Restart -> kernel panic

Hello,

restarting V7003 as an VM undr ESX 2.5.4 Build 44651 (latest ESX 2 version)
leads 100% reproducible to a kernel panic.

Shutting down the VM of and afterwards on works.

Does anybody have this problem, too?
