astaro 7 updating questions

hi!

last time, i tried to update from 7.001 to 7.002 there were troubles and i read that the update to 7.002 is working but the webinterface doesn't show the new version. now there is the new 7.003 update, and webinterface doesn't show 7.003...

is 7.003 again now  working. but the webinterface doesn't show it?

where can i find a procedure to solve that update-problem?

    There's no general problem, therefore there's no general solution. Post the log lines of your first up2date installation attempt with 7.003, and I'll spot the problem and tell you what to do.

    No, I am afraid it is not. Your first installation attempt for that package, which is probably a couple of days back. Every installation attempt after that first attempt will show the same result and is not helpful.

    i took a look in my archived update logs but it seems that the first attemts are not archived any more..

    is there a way to solve that manually, maybe via ssh or something like that..?

    ssh into your machine, login using the account named loginuser, then su - .

    Then run the command:

    auisys.plx --rpmargs --force
