Hello,
i found some articles concerning this behaviour, but no solutions were posted.
Our Astaro is running on V6. This morning the system was totally frozen again, even the local console was´nt usable. This behavior happened 2 times before on V6. With the V5 i had this issue 5 times. With the Migration from V5 to V6 í´ve changed the hardware. After rebooting the system is running fine.
I explored the logfiles for some issues, but i did´nt find specific entries.
confd.log shows an xml parsing error after rebooting the whole system.
I cannot imagine, that this error may effect the complete functionality.
During the frozen situation the system was not on high load:
*70% ram utilization
*0% Swap utilization
*2% hd usage für the log partition
*30% hd usage for the storage partition
*cpu load 0.2
Actually i dont have any idea.
What should i do?
