ASG 220 not upgrading to 7.003

Having problems to upgrade from 7.002 to 7.003 on my ASG 220. Following error listed in logs :

    I would probably delete the downloaded up2date, and have the system download it again. Perhaps it's corrupted. 

    You might also try downloading manually and installing if that fails. 

    Did an 7.003 up2date on 220 yesterday - went fine.

    Probably a service script failed during the service start phase, which marked the up2date as failed although every packet was installed successfully. This is a known problem and we are working on it.

    Please check your up2date log for your FIRST try to install the up2date package. Every consecutive try to install it will fail, because there the RPMs in that package have already been installed (hence the error in the --test command, it fails if it is already installed).

    What can I do to resolve this issue ? Or how long before there is a fix ?

    If you are running a 220, you probably have Gold or Platinum Maintenance... I suggest that you start a ticket with Astaro Support, they can probably track this down pretty quick for you.

    Got response from Astaro Support. Just wanted to share the info I got.

    SSH login. Get root access. Run :

    auisys.plx --rpmargs --force

    According to support. Problem should be solved after 7.004

    Fixed my problem.
