import backupfile from ASG V. 7.000 to V. 7.002 doesn´t work

Hello,

i reinstall my ASG Software to V. 7.002.
Before i run V. 7.000. Now i want to install my Backupfile that was created with V. 7.000 to my new installation V. 7.002.
That dosen´t work. I only get the message "Backup corrupt"
I try this with 10 different Backupfiles from different day from my ASG V. 7.000.
Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Hi Michael,

where do you try to upload the backup? In the "Wizard" or on the Settings >> Backup page?

Are your backups encrypted?

Hello Daniel,

i try both of them.
my backup are not encrypted.
when i use a passwort the message are: "backup corrupt ore password wrong"
Does anyone now a way to restore the backup from the console?

Michael,

the command would be "backup.plx -i backup.abf" where backup.abf is your backup file.

But I guess that will not work either.

Do you have a support contract?
