Hi,
I am attempting to change my external interface from a cable, to a Ethernet Standard connection.
When I select Network --> Interfaces, and then select my External (WAN) connection (which is currently set to Type: Cable Modem (DHCP)) and change it to Ethernet Standard, I then fill out the rest of the information including Address, Netmask and Gateway. When I click save I recieve the following error: You did not enter all required data, or one or more settings are syntactically invalid. I am, however, able to get this same connection working on another nic, but creating a new interface. I would prefer to use the same interface, as all of my network rules point to it.
