How to reproduce

Define 4 rules. 2 in 1 group and 2 in 2 different groups.
go to a different section, come back where apon you will see all 4 rules.
from the filter choose a group that has rule. you should see the bug.
However if you now go to the other 1 rule group the bug dissapears. to get the bug back, go to a different section then repeat the above steps.
Anyone else getting this?
