This is my first Astaro install, and I must say I'm impressed with the product! However, after the initial install (which went smoothly), I got connected to the web admin, got the internet up, proceeded to my other linux box and was browsing fine... then, i just lost connectivity. I wan unable to ping the internal interface of the Astaro box... i figured maybe I had a bad nic, so I replace BOTH 3com nics with a linksys and kingston nic.
The 2nd install went smooth, both nics recognized, however, I seem to have the same problem. I have difficulty obtaining an IP address from my cable modem, but if I fiddle with it, it will sometimes work.. then if I get it all up, i random lose connectivity to the box not long after.
My first guess is hardware issues, but I want to run it by the forums to see if maybe somene else has seen this and there is a resolution. I don't have access to the box at the moment, so I am unable to provide any command output right now..
