Up2Date 7.001 not appearing

I have downloaded u2d-sys-7.001.tgz.gz

Have uploaded it via IE7 and FireFox 2.01 but it is not showing as an available up2date.

Have rebooted etc and the upload shows success but it does not show as available in the up2date window. The up2Date Overview shows that 7.000 is current.

You need to unzip it or expand it before uploading it. Usually a suffix change has worked in the past for me. On review it looks like the tgz.gz will need uncompressing.

Hi,
Ian is correct - valid up2date packages are .tgz.gpg files, your file looks like it has been additionally gzipped again. Please try and unpack that .tgz.gz file , if it contains a .tgz.gpg you're set.
