Installation without CD-ROM Drive??

hi boarders,

i´ve got a question:
i just bought a fwa7304 from ibase and i want to install the astaro on it.
but i didn´t realize that there is no place for a cd drive.

are there any other methods (or workarounds) to install asl on this device?

I have no idea how you would go about this, but I assume you could do a PXE-boot install or a network-install somehow.

Perhaps one of the guru sysadmins around here might know.

See the Gentoo Documentation and User Bullitin Board - Both are a mine of info. For you there is a a whole How-To on BootP/DHCP/... which is what you are asking for.
