UPS Percentage at 0 %

In the dashboard my UPS is showing as 0 %
Is this a bug?
Are there any logs i can look at to try and find out where the communications fault may be. I have an APC BackUPS 650va

this is currently a known issue in ASG V7.
We will take care if this issue in one of the next updates
