ASG 120 update v5 -> v6

Hello

I've a problem with a Gatewayfirewall, i can't update to v6.
In the automatic up2date menu the update stay at 0%, nothing happen.
The small updates are all downloadet without problems.

What do I have to do? Downloaded it and copy over ssh on the gateway?

    V5 to V6 is a whole new OS, and requires a wipe of the hdd. You can not do this manually on an ASG appliance. You need to either use the online update, or use a USB cdrom. There is NO way to do it over ssh.

    ok, obviously i have to install over a usb-cdrom.

    1. i have to buy one, which one should i take or is that not important?

    2. the actuall version ist 5.2 (the actuall update)
    which version 6 should i take to make a bootable cdrom 6.0 or 6.3?

    (are any howtos available)

    You can not use the normal ISO. You have to contact support to get the information for the special iso.

    i don't have a support licence, its registered on a reseller.
    he said, it's everything on the ftp-server, mm great answer :-(

    don't know what to do!


    Another thing, i read in the knowledge base the port 222 should be open.
    I made a port scan and these isn't open, why can i do the small update without problems?

    ok, i get a new good information for my problem, i hope is a good one.

    the download problem could be because the diskspace on a asg 120 is not enough. 
    i should make place with deleting log files.

    where and which logfiles should i delete?
