ASG 120 update v5 -> v6

Hello

I've a problem with a Gatewayfirewall, i can't update to v6.
In the automatic up2date menu the update stay at 0%, nothing happen.
The small updates are all downloadet without problems.

What do I have to do? Downloaded it and copy over ssh on the gateway?

    The migration of an ASG ( I did two sets of 220s) takes a while. It has to download a special cd image, then do the installation.

    Otherwise, you might have to contact support, as there is a special ISO image that you use with a USB cdrom to do the install.

    i'd would like to update the gateway over ssh, should be possible.

    which datapacket i should take, where should i copy them and how to do the update?

    on the ftp i can't finde a howto or something like that
