astro on P3 866

Guys I'm wanting to set the newest version of astaro up on a p3 866 512 ram.
Do you guys think this system can handle the new version I will be using the proxies, vpn, and spamassassin? Its been a long time since I've used astaro so I'm wondering if I need a beefer box.

    I have recently installed ASG on a PIII-1.0Ghz box with 384mb of RAM. I use HTTP Proxy, ID, and occasionally VPN into the box. I have a simple/small nome network set up behind the ASG box, including a couple of APs for wireless, and it runs O.K.. I DO notice some significant slowdowns when the box gets hit hard (e.g. P2P networks), and the WebAdmin (although MUCH faster in v.6.xx than 5.xx) is not as "snappy" as when I briefly had ASG installed on a much faster box.

    If you have a larger/more complex network than mine, you may consider an upgrade (memory would be the first thing to consider). YMMV :-)

    It will be for 3 users I thought about running monowall on a compact flash card but astaro just has more features. Basically I have a cisco 806 thats my border device so astaro will just go behind it.

    I am using the latest ASG on my home firewall with a P3-866 and 512, and it works beautifully.  My configuration is a class C subnet with two PCs on the LAN side, a wireless access point with 1-3 users on the DMZ, and the WAN is a PPPoE connection to AT&T's DSL.  I have absolutely no problems with this configuration, and it certainly beats the heck out of the P-II, 266 MHz that I was running ASL 4.x on before!
