When I install ASG 6.3 (new install) it works perfectly and I have kernel 2.2.10-51-default loading. When I install update 6.301 if finishes without any problem until the reboot and then I get an error stating it cannot find file //lib/modules/2.6.10-51-default/modules.dep. When I go into the system it showes that the kernal attempted an upgrade and now has the directory of //lib/modules/2.6.10-54-default/(several files including modules.dep). Using the RPM command, it reflects that the kernel is 2.6.10-54 but using the uname -r command it returns 2.6.10-51-default. Anyone have any ideas? I am just learning Linux so be gentle.
