Netgear router

I have a Netgear router on our cable box. I can't get to the website to initiate the program or set anything up. Any suggestions or anyone else have a similar problem that can help me I would appreciate it.

Is your problem firewall related ?
Means do you have an Astaro box in front of the router ??

Then create a packet filter rulte to allow HTTP from your PC to the box.
Or use the HTTP proxy
