[6.301] Up2Date Service for AV Patterns

I noticed that the ASL 6.301 at work has newer AV Patterns than my ASL 6.301 at home!

A manual Up2Date at Home tells me that i am current. The Authentium Patterns at Home are from "Fri Aug 11 03:28:28 2006", the at Work Patterns are from "Mon Aug 14 04:29:24 2006" (ClamAV and SPAM Patterns are also older... IDS is Ok)

Are the AV Pattern Updates with the "Home AV" License different from a "propper" Commercial ASL? [:O]

Any other Ideas?

We also have troubles updating Authenium pattern since 13.08.2006:
pattern_install[2709]: Pattern Up2Date failed for type 'auav': Found corrupt pattern file
pattern_install[2709]: Pattern Up2Date failed. Found corrupt pattern file 'sign.def'. Please restart Pattern Up2Date.
pattern_install[2709]: Pattern Up2Date: type='auav', status='failed'

We opened a case and we will inform the list if we get any news.

My "at Home" ASL just thinks that there is nothing new... [:(]

...did a Reboot in the meantime... nothing changed...

A Up2Date from around 10am installed new Patterns for Authentium and ClamAV... hooray... Problem solved...

All the hourly automatic Updates from before reported that there ist nothing to do...

I have the same problem ! :-(

It seems that there is a paketfiler rule missing for the updateserver 216.167.31.83 because inbound pakets with sourceport 80 are dropped.

Astaro improve your testing, please ! Most customers did not really need a japanese or chinses webadmin.... a stable viruscanner + update is quite more important !!!!!
