ASG virus pattern update problems

Hi all,
after 2 days and after a lot of times I would ask if someone encountered this problem updating the Astaro virus pattern:

This is only one of the problems because sometime I got this one and another time it stops after downloading
"sign2.def" as it done the updating process.....
Any ideas?????
Any help should be really appreciate.
P.S.: at the end reloading the update page in the Web-admin I can see that the date is 01-01-1970??????

What version of Astaro are you using?
Is the message from a manual or system initiated update?

They are on at least 6.3 because of the Authentium.

Try choosing full pattern up2date if you are not already.

If that does not work, remove the virus defs using ssh and try to redownload them. I do not not know what directory they are in but you should be able to find it somewhere on this board.

thankyou very much to all the answers but the problem for me remain .
For RFCat_vk : sistem version 6.301,
                      the message is from a manual
                      initiated update;
for Keith M    : I've tried with a single and a full pattern
                      update but with no good news,
                      operate by SSL would be a good idea but
                      is the last thing I shall do;
for BrucekConvergent : system date and time are OK.
