No slave contact

Since few Minutes the Slave is not availiable.

I got following error

HA check: No Slave contact, please check your HA system

The slave is running, but the master cannot connect to him.
We run 6.202
What can i do to get the slave up?

Hi pineiro,

here the same situation but I upgraded to 6.300 version because Astaro says that it solves this issue.
I'm in contact with Astaro US support but they didn't solve the problem yet.

Hi Piniero,

today the Astaro Support has solved the problem.
Practically, if you have enabled the IPS, there is a known issue.
Try to disable IPS or contact the support team.
