Restore 320 back to 6.203 after 6.3 update

I have a 320 appliance and I need to get it back to the 6.203 system. Since the upgrade over the weekend we are no longer able to use the content filtering function through Novell SSO. I have a backup of the config before the update. What is the process to restore the 320 back a revision?

You need a USB Cd drive. Support can you an FTP site for the ISO. Be aware that the ISO for ASL is different than the Appliance

Hello,

Make a backup of your policy.
Then reset the ASG320 to factory defaults using either the front panel menu or via the GUI. Install your license and policy. Now you can use the Up2Date to download and install the updates you require.

Factory reset won't bring you down a version.
All properties are reset, but version stays the one it is at this moment.
Mason808 wants to downgrade, so he need to reinstall

... still no other possibility yet :-(
Hope they will bring it in V7 !!

I just hope that they patch this issue soon. Thanks for all of the help! We are going to try and contact support today and see what they say.
