HA Test and Updating ASG

hi,

you can test ha by rebooting the active appliance. during reboot the second will take over. then you reboot the second and the first comes up as master again.

if you update a ha system you will apply the update to the master, if it requires a reboot the slave will take over and become active as master. if the first one is back the second will realize that it's running a lower version than the first and go back to slave mode an install the backup. the first takes over again!

Thanks for the Information, but we want to test the HA before we Update.
We don´t have test it.

When i pul out any Network Cable, the Second will take OVer ist this correct? After this we will Update

yes, your statement ist correct. it will take over when you unplug a network cable.

at the morning i started the HA Check,
It works that the other appliance take over.

But something is not really correctly
The Password change of the root and the loginuser on the first appliance some weeks ago does not change the Passwords on the second Appliance, is that normal?

The reporting Graphs on the second appliance (and now also on the first) are empty or ending yesterday at 22:00.

Is that normal or going anything wrong?

There is also anything wrong on the Updates or think i wrong?
I start the first appliance, this reboots, the second take over.
