problem licence with 6.300

I have a problem since the update with version 6.300, in system->AV engines, HTTP smtp and pop3 antivirus engines are “No licensed”?!! whereas my licence is up to date
what is the problem?!!!

There was a small change in licensing. Maybe this results in a problem with your license. I would recommend to contact support. Attach your license or license-ID to the email.

All three Engines "not licensed"?

on my ASG only the Hardware engine isn´t licensed. The Astaro and the Open Source engine are both active on HTTP, SMTP and POP3.

You can crosscheck the activated AV Engines on the Up2Date Page in the WebAdmin. If you don´t have the License or the AV Engine is disabled, it doesn´t show up in the "Pattern Up2Date" Section.

Read the table from the left to the right. There are three sections for each Proxy. This means you have 9 configuration options. If you do not have a hardware acceleration card, you will have only 6 options as hardware acceleration is not licensed.
