Reinstalling ASL on appliance (ASG120)

HI,
My I reinstall the software on my ASG120 Appliance; factory reset does not work and the Linux could not find so many files.
I could not ping the ASG.

Please contact support for information on this. Since you have the appliance it should be OK to get support on it.

Have you installed the Appliance with the public available Software Version or with the ASG Image from Astaro?

To reinstalla a appliance u need a special version of the .iso called sga image.
if u r an astaro partner u will get access to this image by your sales staff or support; if not: contact the partner where u have the system from for setup...
