I recently changed my virus/spam update process from hourly to daily and found that it doesn't do updates every day, eg it has missed the last 2 days and sometimes does it twice within the one day.
Last update was on the 27th, now the 30th
Is this a known bug? Being a home user I can't ask support, because I am not entitled to it.
