filter log. If you have a look at the extract from the log below I get a number of errors from the Up2date sites. I have error reporting for TTL turned on. I would have expected these machines to bahve a little better than the average WWW server or am I expecting too much from a security network provider?
The Up2date service works correctly eg all virii, spam and IDS are updates are installed on the hourly check if they are available. On this firewall which is my new lower power version I haven't had it operational long enough for an Up2date notification to the ASG OS.
