I am a beginner to Astaro. I have the firewall working but the internet connection is quite slow. I have disabled HTTP proxies for now but it has made no difference. What is wrong?

[/ QUOTE ] You have to set up the DNS Proxy with the DNS IP of your Provider. At the moment, your ASG connects to a global (and slow) DNS Server.

Your DNS Server has a high ping from here (Germany) but I don't know your location.
Have you put the right MTU for the connection settings? Many providers want you to take their MTU, otherwise you can get connection errors. Another reason could be a wrong configured QoS (low Download high Upload, etc.).
I still have no solution. On some systems i do a speed test and it looks fine. I can ping a site, however when i try to open a web page nothing appears??? any ideas?
