Set up a VPN behind firewalls

I need help setting up a VPN.
I have a computer that I can set up as VPN Gatway. This computer is behind a router and all the computers that are going to connect to it are behind routers. Itæs just gonna be like 20 people connected at the time.
I am newbie so I really need help! [:S]

    I think it's silly to write a long "how to" when there's a great manual, too.
