RAID SCSI controller

Hello.
Do someone know why I've been able to install ASL v. 5 on my HP LC3 server, with a NetRaid-1M controller (SCSI disks), and now the new version 6 refuses to install on the same machine?
The installation procedure stops after a short while, saying that there is no disk.
I can't remember if there was a particular path to follow to make the RAID controller seen by the installation program (under version 5, I mean) that can be reproduced under version 6.
Should I have to consider myself a lucky guy, having been able to do the first installation, but now no more luck?

Hi,

I would recommend that you download more RAM for your controller.

Mondy morning joke. No I guess the that the controller isn't supported anymore in the V6. Have a look at the HCL for version 6, mybe you have to switch the controller.

Unfortunately the HCL shows no difference under supported RAID controllers between versions 5 and 6.
