Cant connect after factory reset?

Anyone had any issue's connecting to a 320 after doing a factory reset? I just needed to do one and now I cant get into the box via the defualt IP??? any thoughts?

Nope no fix yet even from Astaro! Best guess at the moment is that it is stuck in HA slave mode and the reset isn't clearing it for some reason...

Apparantly I can take the back off and there is an adapter?? (that I dont have) that will give a vga port that you can then see whats going on via?? got no further than that yet.
