Help! I disabled my interface!

I did something really stupid.  I disabled the interface I was using to administer the box, and now I need to know if there is a way to reenable it without using the webadmin (which I cannont access now), or to access webadmin from inside the box, as I can login to the box directly.  Thanks for any assistance

    ifconfig ethx up

    and then you'll need to re-enter the routes with 'route', and login to webmin before the configuration manager decides to disable it again.

    It might be easier to re-install and restore a backup file if you have one.
