Graph Gaps

Hello,

I have noticed something strange on my 6.104 installation with home license.

Every hour (or so) the box seems to be away for some time. I can't really reproduce in usage terms, but there are some times when the box isn't reachable and all communications seem to be cut off. The effect naturally isn't limited to the memory graph, all graphs look the same with the white windows at the same times, as if the box has been turned off for this time.

I'm running the software in a virtual machine session for security reasons, bridging network to the hostmachine. The hostmachine has 1GB RAM and a 1GHz Processor, i assigned 256MB of RAM to the virtual machine.

Does anyone have an idea why the performce could be slow or why the graps have gaps?

I know VMWare has clock issues on many systems. Maybe that is the problem?

Hello Barry,

Hm, yes, that could well be - seems like the astaro syncs to the domain server for time every hour and the clock seems to be off track really quite a bit.
Any way i can tell VMWare not to show the guest OS a completely wrong tickcount? [:)]
