Error with 5.204/5.207 formatting /boot

I have problem to install version 5.204 or 5.207. 5.100 runs...

the error is, that "Formatting Boot Partition...........Failed"

on the console it writes, that: 
/usr/bin/install: error while loading shared libaries: /lib/libattr.so.1: inavild ELF header

some ideas? already browsed the net

    Your tip didn't work. I've tried it with other CD-ROM, and other IDE Cable, other type of cd-r and burning speed. Same CD runs on a other system...

    the final solution was, to boot with the 5.1 CD until the first wizard window comes, and change the cd to 5.207 and run the setup on this way. i was surpresed, that this runs :-)
