Add new interface.. and the web admin doesnt works

The simplest approach may just be to reinstall Astaro, and then restore the configuration and license details from the latest backup file that you have available.

I would try to fix this problem (by command line for example) before surrender ...

Can you post more details ?
What kind of NIC you used,
what lines did you add to modules.conf ?!

This second nic (where i put ETH2)  is a Dlink DFE 570TX with four ports.

I havent added any line to modules.conf

No idea ?

Which version of ASL are you using ?

Was the interface already installed while installing ASL ?
You just wanted to activate it ?
Or did you plug in the card in an up and running system ?

Check /etc/modules.conf, are all interfaces there ? Is the right driver loaded ?
Check /etc/wfe/conf/itf.conf there you can define the parameter "status" for each interface

Be careful, working on console will let you run out of support !!

I,ve reinstalled it but it happened again. I've added a new interface and switched it up.
Till now everything works fine.
Then i plugged the cable to the switch (i have to say that is the same switch where is plugged the the internal interface) the firewall crashed and the web admin become unreachable.... even after a reboot.

And should i assign both to external and internal interface the same family address ?

You should not !!
If you are using the Firewall in "normal" router mode 
(means, just installed it, nothing like 'Transparent Mode' configured), you have to do something like this:

Example:
ETH0 (INT) 192.168.12.254
ETH1 (EXT) 192.168.13.254

Do you have a router on the EXT interface ?
Then you need to configure ETH1 and the router to the same subnet.
If you are using kind of PPPoE, then the firewall will get an IP from provider.

Ok. I think that the netmask on both interfaces should be like 255.255.255.0 (Because if i try with 255.255.0.0 i got a crash).
